Shipping policy
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Destinations: We proudly offer international shipping to the following regions:
- United States
- Canada
- Australia
- Europe
Shipping Times & Rates: Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 8 to 10 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 10 to 13 business days (Processing Time + Shipping Time).
- Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of your order.
Order Tracking: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international orders (outside of our primary warehouse location), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Selo Home is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
